CleanNow: Home Cleaning Service
I oversaw the design of CleanNow website with public launch versions, a cleaning service offering customers to place order that will be done by professional workers.

Challenge
The average customers visitng the site is ordering the service on a daily basis, each of which of the orders were very difficult to set up. This issue is addressed with streamlined user-centric design, which provides consistent performance with minimum inputs and ongoing campaign management. It took me approximately a week to complete the project.
Business goal: Offload the creation and maintenance of operations to Machine Learning.
User goal: Improve order easier without sacrificing demographic targeting context.

Ideation: Through a dedicated design sprint, I was able to accomplish over a dozen unique new designs by gathering input from past research and related teams.

Good principles form good UX: By first aligning broadly with design principles, I was able to use those as criteria for picking a UX model. The principles served as a filter, allowing to narrow the focus to tested concepts.

Refined with usability: Usability swiftly helped discover friction areas when we established the UX models to test, and the feedback loop refined nuances.

Result: Customers enjoy an streamlined experience in which they simply give the input and distribution is made across the site’s ecosystem on their behalf.
“It took magnificent efforts versus many manual run through to produce comparable or superior results, with only a fraction of the management actions”
Outputs: I prepared and led the user journey from beginning to end, while leveraging usability testing and data from beta tests to make agile product pivots until the product debuted.
