UX3: Clean Now Site Case Study
CleanNow: Home Cleaning Service I oversaw the design of CleanNow website with public launch versions, a cleaning service offering customers to place order that will be done by professional workers. Challenge The average customers visitng the site is ordering the service on a daily basis, each of which of the orders were very difficult to set up. This issue is addressed with streamlined user-centric design, which provides consistent performance with minimum inputs and ongoing campaign management.
